Last updated: October 2026. This policy explains, in plain language, what SubsRoute collects, why, and what we never do with it.
What we collect
Order data: your email address, order contents, order total, and the payment reference returned by our payment gateway — the minimum needed to deliver your order and honor its warranty.
Account data (optional): if you create an account, your email and chosen password (stored only as a hash).
Technical data: standard server and analytics logs (IP address, pages visited, timestamps) used for security and abuse prevention. Our store is protected by Cloudflare, which processes request data to filter bots and attacks.
What we never do
We never sell, rent or trade your personal data. We never send marketing email you didn’t ask for. We never store card numbers — payments are processed entirely by our PCI-compliant gateway (Payerurl) and crypto payments go straight to the blockchain, not to our servers.
Who processes data on our behalf
Three services touch your data: Payerurl (payment processing), Resend (transactional email — your confirmation and delivery emails), and Cloudflare (security and delivery). Each receives only what its job requires, under its own privacy policy.
Cookies
We use the standard WooCommerce session cookies (cart contents, logged-in state) and nothing else. No advertising trackers, no third-party marketing pixels, no fingerprinting.
How long we keep data
Order data is retained indefinitely — it is the proof behind your warranty and our accounting. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Technical logs rotate within weeks.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correction of anything wrong, or deletion of your account at any time by emailing [email protected] or messaging @SubsRouteSupport. We fulfill verified requests within 7 days. Note: order records needed for warranty and accounting can’t be deleted while the warranty is active, but they can be anonymized on request afterward.
