The warranty in one sentence<\/h2>\n\n\n

If a product you bought from SubsRoute stops working inside its warranty window, we replace it or refund it \u2014 your choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The window starts at delivery, not at purchase. The product page’s stated window is the one that applies \u2014 if a page promises more, you get more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to file a claim<\/h2>\n\n\n

Message @SubsRouteSupport<\/a> with (1) your order number, (2) what happened, and (3) a screenshot if there’s an error message. Claims are handled the same day they’re opened. A working replacement is the default resolution; if you prefer a refund, say so in the same message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refund routes and timing<\/h2>\n\n\n

Crypto and card refunds are returned by the original payment method (gateway fees, where charged by the network, can’t be returned by anyone). Where the original method makes returns impractical, we refund to your preferred wallet or offer store credit \u2014 your choice. Approved refunds are issued within 72 hours; blockchain settlement time depends on the network, not us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Failed and delayed orders<\/h2>\n\n\n

If a supplier failure prevents delivery, you are refunded in full automatically or after a single confirmation message \u2014 the money never sits in limbo. If delivery is merely delayed, you can wait or cancel for a full refund before the item is delivered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What the warranty doesn’t cover<\/h2>\n\n\n

Products that stop working after<\/em> the window closes; accounts locked for violations you<\/em> caused (sharing credentials you were told are private, bans for your own activity on the platform); and products whose format was delivered correctly and fully but you changed your mind about wanting \u2014 see the next section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Change of mind<\/h2>\n\n\n
