By placing an order you accept these terms.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. What we sell<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SubsRoute sells digital products: subscriptions, account upgrades and activation codes sourced from wholesale suppliers. Each product page states what you receive and the warranty window that covers it. We are a reseller, not an official partner of OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, Telegram or any other provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Pricing and orders<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prices are in US dollars and refresh automatically with supplier costs \u2014 the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. An order is a binding request once payment is confirmed; delivery is automated to the email you provide. It is your responsibility to enter a correct, accessible email address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Warranty and refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Warranty windows, claim process and refund routes are defined in the <a href=\"\/ar\/refund-policy\/\">Refund &amp; Warranty Policy<\/a>, which forms part of these terms. The short version: products that fail inside their window are replaced or refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Acceptable use<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products labeled as private accounts are for you alone: don&#8217;t share credentials, don&#8217;t resell without a reseller agreement, and use the product within the provider&#8217;s own rules. Warranty coverage is void where a ban or lock results from your own activity, and we reserve the right to refuse service for chargeback abuse or fraud attempts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Availability<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Catalog availability follows our suppliers: a product can go out of stock or change price between your visits. Paid orders are honored at the price paid at checkout \u2014 the reverse (an old cached price) simply results in a refund if the product can&#8217;t be sourced, never in a surprise charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our maximum liability for any order is the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses (missed deadlines, lost work, provider-side decisions). Nothing in these terms limits protections that can&#8217;t be limited under applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Governing terms<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These terms are governed by the laws of Algeria. Disputes are resolved first through direct contact \u2014 our support is genuinely responsive \u2014 before any formal step. We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published at your order date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.
